When I founded Kala Bharati Association, my purpose was deeply rooted in one belief—that every woman deserves the opportunity to grow, to learn, to become self-reliant, and to realise her true potential.

I believe that women’s empowerment is not merely a concept; it is the foundation of a strong family, a progressive society, and a developed nation. A truly empowered woman is healthy, educated, economically independent, confident, and aware of her own capabilities.

Women are inherently powerful. We are natural multitaskers, capable of balancing multiple roles with strength and resilience. We build homes, nurture families, preserve values and culture, contribute to society, pursue professions, take risks, adapt to new environments, and continue to move forward. So, why should any woman ever think that she is less than anyone else?

My message to every woman is simple: Never underestimate yourself. Never believe that you are less than anyone. Step forward with confidence, determination, and self-belief.

The opportunities are there. We only need the courage to recognise them and the determination to embrace them.

I encourage every woman to invest in her own growth—to seek education, remain healthy, become financially capable and independent, develop her personality, acquire new skills, and confidently participate in the opportunities of today’s India.

Because when a woman grows, her family grows. When families grow, society progresses. And when women participate in nation-building, the nation moves forward.

Today, as India moves towards the vision of Viksit Bharat, I firmly believe that women are not merely participants in this journey—they are among its most important architects.

Indian women have always contributed to the making of our nation, and they will continue to do so. With knowledge, confidence, resilience, values, and determination, women can help shape a stronger, more prosperous, inclusive, and progressive India.

Through Kala Bharati Association, our endeavour is to create opportunities, awareness, guidance, and encouragement so that women across India can step forward and become the best version of themselves.

To every woman, I say: The world is full of possibilities. Step out, believe in yourself, take that first step, and create your own path. You are powerful. You are capable. You are not less than anyone.

Let us come together to build a future where every woman is healthy, educated, economically empowered, confident, and self-reliant—and where women stand proudly as architects of Viksit Bharat.
